This privacy privacy and protection statement is intended to inform you about the processing of personal data when using our website.

„Personal data“ means any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person. In particular, this includes information that enables us to identify you, such as by your name, phone number, address, or email address. Statistical data that we collect when you visit our website, for example, and that cannot be linked to your person, does not fall under „personal data.“

Data security, SSL

Our website uses SSL encryption when it comes to the transmission of confidential or personal content of our users. Please make sure that the SSL-encryption is activated by your side during sensitive activities. The use of encryption is easy to recognize: The display in your browser line changes from „http: //“ to „https: //“. SSL encrypted data is not readable by third parties. Submit your confidential information only with activated SSL encryption and contact us in case of doubt.

Purpose and legal basis of data processing

Insofar as we obtain your consent for the processing of personal data, the legal basis for this is Art. 6 (1) lit. a GDPR. The legal basis for the processing of personal data required to fulfill a contract between us and to carry out pre-contractual measures is Art. 6 (1) lit. b GDPR. Insofar as the processing of your personal data is required to fulfill a legal obligation to which we are subject, the legal basis is Art. 6 (1) lit. c GDPR. If the processing requires us or a third party to safeguard a legitimate interest, the legal basis for the processing shall prevail, unless your interests, fundamental rights and fundamental freedoms, which require the protection of personal data – Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR.

If we need to entrust third parties with the processing of personal data, this is done on the basis of a contract data processing contract pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR, which ensures that the order processor subject to our instructions is subject to the same security standards as us.

Duration of data storage

Your personal data will only be stored as long as the respective purpose lasts, you do not revoke the respective consent and as long as statutory storage requirements do not prescribe a longer storage.

Contact via contact form and email

On our website, we provide you with a contact form, which can be used for electronic contact. If used, the data entered in the input mask will be transmitted to us and processed.

You will be directed to our Privacy Policy before submitting your contact request and you must confirm that you agree with our data policy by ticking a checkbox. Alternatively, you can contact us via the provided email address. In this case, the user’s personal data transmitted by e-mail will be processed. The legal basis for processing the data is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR.

In this context, there is no disclosure of the data to third parties. The data is used exclusively for processing the contact request. Once the processing of your request has been completed, the personal data from the input mask will be deleted immediately. At request we delete your personal data immediately. If you request the deletion of personal data processed in regards to your request (via contact form or email), it may not be possible to process your request.

Cookies

Our website uses cookies in order to improve user experience and to enable the use of certain functionality. These are small text files stored in your computer’s main memory. These cookies are deleted after you close the browser (so-called session cookies). Google Analytics

Our website uses Google Analytics, a web analysis service of Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, U.S. („Google“). Google Analytics uses cookies and similar technologies to analyze and improve our website based on your user behavior. The data arising in this context can be transmitted by Google to a server in the U.S. for evaluation and stored there. In the event that personal data is transferred to the U.S., Google abides by the EU–U.S. Privacy Shield (https://www.privacyshield.gov/). However, your IP address is shortened before the usage statistics are evaluated, making it impossible to draw conclusions about your identity. For this purpose, Google Analytics has been extended on our website by the code „anonymizeIP“ to ensure anonymous collection of IP addresses.

Google will process the information obtained by cookies for the purpose of evaluating your use of the website, compiling reports on website activity for the website operators, and providing further services relating to website activity and Internet usage. You can configure your browser to reject cookies or you can prevent the collection of data generated by cookies and related to your use of this website (including your IP address) and the processing of this data by Google by downloading and installing the browser add-on (https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout) provided by Google. This will prevent collection by Google Analytics within this website in the future (the opt-out only works in the browser and only for this domain). Data transfer to third party instances

A transfer of your data to third parties is carried out exclusively in accordance with the statutory requirements, that is, only if this is within the meaning of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR is necessary for the establishment, implementation or amendment of the contractual relationship or due to our legitimate interest in the economic and effective operation of our business within the meaning of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR. The use of services and data transmission to third parties and third-party providers, which are not located in the European Union or the European Economic Area, takes place only if an adequate data protection level, a legal permit or your consent is available. By order of the competent authorities, we may in individual cases provide information on inventory data, as far as this is necessary for law enforcement purposes, for the prevention of danger by the responsible and authorized federal and state authorities or for the enforcement of intellectual property rights. The legal basis in these cases is Art. 6 (1) lit. c GDPR.

Rights as an affected person
